Refund Procedure
We take special effort to ensure quality, but if you’re still unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within two days of delivery with your order number and the specifics of your complaint so we can provide you with replacement information. The goods must be returned in its original, unused state because we are unable to give refunds in such cases. Our customer support division will look into the matter. As food meals and bakery items cannot be sampled before delivery and do not provide consumers with a replacement, we do not accept complaints about them.

A refund will only be given if we are unable to deliver your item on the date you requested; otherwise, we will redeliver your item the following day. This will void any warranties you may have on the quality of the product since your items will have been purchased, will have been stored, and will therefore no longer be fresh.

If you order flowers and afterwards discover your error or decide you’ve changed your mind, we can edit or cancel your order within one hour of its placement. We apologize that beyond this time, we will not be able to do so.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are delivered incorrectly, are damaged, or do not fit as ordered.

If delivery is not possible on the customer’s specified date and time owing to any calamity, such as problems with law and order, inclement weather, or traffic jams, we do not accept returns. We’d do our best to deliver at the time and date you’ve specified.
